Weather, ocean and reservoir models must relate a current state estimate to newly observed data. enkf_scale supplies a supported ensemble-assimilation operation for that task. It updates the state estimate using the observation model and noise assumptions supplied by the customer, giving the team a numerical component to assess within its larger modeling cycle. They do not establish forecast accuracy across arbitrary models. The independent check contract is specific to the delivered release. **What comes with the selected license? **The agreed enkf_scale release, its supported interfaces and outputs, the applicable checks and the support stated in your order. The plan defines users, workflow, environment and capacity.
