PLATFORM PLANS / PROPOSED WORKFLOW ENTITLEMENTSSPINFORGE / A GARMO LABS COMPANY

Start with the outcome.
Scale the capacity.

One master platform agreement. Discover all 64 capabilities and activate the methods a qualified workflow needs. Your environment, users and operating capacity define the scope.

UPDATED CATALOG / PRICES RETAINED

The scope follows
the written agreement.

New synthesis products, SpinForge Bench, Bio, Discovery Core and newly explicit Garmo Solvers modules have no invented standalone rates. Monthly workflow prices are unchanged. Legacy seventeen-track bundle figures are not automatically converted into all twenty-one current solver rights or the full 64-entry platform.

Proposed new workflow entitlements, USD. Prices stay at $1,000 / $4,000 / $8,000 / $12,000 per month; product-count caps no longer define platform access. Customer-hosted infrastructure is separate. Existing agreements do not change automatically. CPU-only capacity and all production responsibilities are specified before activation.

PLAN THE OUTCOME

One workflow.
The methods it needs.

Choose a customer starting point and describe the operating scope. Product selection is optional: identify familiar capabilities, or let the technical review choose compatible methods.

This prepares a proposed scope, not a purchase. The numeric fee is a platform anchor, not a costed managed-service or custom-integration quote.

PLATFORM PRICE ANCHOR

Prepare a scope inquiry ↗
ONE AGREEMENT. EXPLICIT BOUNDARIES.

Shared methods.
Clear rights.

What is included in the platform workflow?+

The capabilities required by the qualified workflow, common CLI/MCP/headless access, source/release identity, result contracts, applicable evidence, and supported orchestration, recovery and revision tracking. One support owner is named. Selecting another compatible method within that activated scope does not trigger another software purchase.

Does that grant unrestricted use of all 64 products?+

No. The catalog is open for evaluation and development within the agreed environment. Production activation binds a supported workflow, release, capacity and operating responsibility. An all-64 enterprise agreement lists all products and rights explicitly. It has no published fixed fee.

What do Production, Team and Scale limit?+

Production covers one qualified workflow, production plus staging, three users and up to one supported GPU. Team and Scale cover broader qualified workflows with five/up-to-four and ten/up-to-eight user/GPU anchors respectively. Their workflow count, concurrency, sites, memory and job limits are specified in the order. These are software entitlements, not supplied hardware.

What about CPU-only workflows?+

No GPU purchase is required for supported CPU-only work. The quote must specify vCPUs or cores, RAM, concurrency and execution/checking budgets. A CPU-to-GPU equivalence is not invented here. The displayed fee remains an anchor until the CPU scope is agreed.

Do infrastructure products need another license fee?+

Not merely because a compatible capability is selected inside an activated platform workflow. SpinSovereign, StateForge, KX MemoryForge, GridForge and AgentForge still require an operating/deployment review. Custom implementation, hosted infrastructure, extended support or additional capacity can be separately priced. The proposal identifies the actual incremental responsibility.

How does this differ from the annual Core Suite?+

The $750,000 annual Core Suite retains the earlier bundle’s 24-product inclusion: seven applications and seventeen specialist tracks. It is not the full 64-entry platform agreement. Annual module purchases also remain available, with different capacity, support and term. Monthly and annual fees are not equivalent-entitlement comparisons.

How are payment and activation handled?+

Paid plans are monthly after a written order and activation; cancellation is effective at the end of the paid month. Explore is a 14-day evaluation without automatic paid conversion. This website prepares inquiries; it does not process payments, activate accounts or run jobs.

What remains separately scoped?+

Infrastructure, custom modeling or implementation, managed operations, extended support, additional capacity or sites, OEM distribution, source transfer and exclusivity. Work already included elsewhere in the contract is not charged again.
