Optimization-change assurance

Know what changed.
Know what was preserved.

Pair a narrowly scoped semantic property check with separate numerical and performance evaluation of a computational change.

BUILT FOR

Compiler, runtime and computational-software teams reviewing generated or transformed implementations.

THE CHALLENGE / THE RESPONSE

Start with what
needs to change.

Agree the business requirement, model and outcome before choosing the implementation.

01

A faster implementation has an unclear semantic boundary.

A promising timing result does not explain which behavior was preserved.

HOW SPINFORGE HELPS

Select a narrowly defined property and an admitted source representation before attempting a formal check.

02

A legal configuration is treated as complete correctness.

Parameter legality alone does not prove floating-point equivalence, bounds safety or freedom from races.

HOW SPINFORGE HELPS

Keep configuration checks, semantic obligations, numerical tests and execution measurements as separate acceptance items.

03

The change cannot be reviewed or rolled back clearly.

A generated artifact needs version identity and evidence tied to the tested implementation.

HOW SPINFORGE HELPS

Deliver the scoped property report, implementation identity and performance comparison for customer review.

WHAT YOU GET

A usable deliverable.
Not just a score.

The written scope names the inputs, implementation, evidence and handover your team receives.

01

A property-specific contract

The exact transformation family, source semantics and encoded property to be studied.

02

A qualified checking adapter

Only the bridge required for the admitted representation; unsupported behaviors stay visible.

03

Separate evidence records

The property result, numerical tests and whole-workload performance comparison, each with its own scope.

04

Review and handover material

Implementation identity, known limits and deployment or rollback instructions for the accepted work.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

See the work
in context.

Study a bounded index or integer transformation, then test the changed kernel numerically and on the target hardware. A passed property check does not replace the other tests. Illustrative, not a universal compiler verifier.

A kernel change needs two kinds of evidence.

Illustration of the engagement, not a live solver or a customer case study.

01 / 03

Choose one property

Define the supported semantics and the exact obligation, not a blanket claim of program equivalence.

QUALIFY THE FIT

Your requirements.
An explicit scope.

The following inputs and measures guide the proposal and acceptance plan.

What you bring

  • Before/after implementation or transformation
  • Exact property and source semantics
  • Numerical test corpus and target environment
  • Acceptance and rollback requirements

What we measure

  • Coverage of the stated property
  • Correct rejection or unknown status outside scope
  • Numerical correctness under accepted tests
  • Performance measured independently of proof success

HOW TO BUY

Define one useful deployment.

Commission a bounded scope using the existing engineering and licensing options. A $15,000 workload assessment or $30,000 focused sprint may fit a limited first step; neither includes the entire workflow by default. Larger implementation, operated delivery, compute and continuing rights are agreed separately.

PREPARE YOUR SCOPE

Prepared locally. Review and send through your email application. No model upload, job execution, payment or account activation occurs here.

BEFORE YOU BUY

A few useful
distinctions.

Is this another product or an already integrated application?

This is a customer-specific engagement using selected existing products. The model, adapters, user experience and acceptance work are scoped before delivery. It does not add another underlying product or establish a completed integration.

Can we use our existing software?

Yes, where its input, output and operating interfaces fit the agreed scope. A custom adapter may be required. The existing tools do not have to be replaced to qualify one useful component.

How are price and acceptance set?

Agree the baseline, required result, explicit limits, delivery capacity and acceptance tests before work begins. Existing software rates remain unchanged; engineering already included in a larger scope is not charged twice.

YOUR NEXT MOVELET’S MAKE IT COUNT

Put it
to work.

One capability. A connected workflow.
A team to put it into practice.
