Platform teams, optimization integrators and customers operating repeatable portfolios of computational work.
THE CHALLENGE / THE RESPONSE
Start with what needs to change.
Agree the business requirement, model and outcome before choosing the implementation.
01
One default is being used for different workloads.
A configuration that helps one domain or host may be a poor choice for another.
HOW SPINFORGE HELPS
Compare compatible paths using the customer’s workload, environment and declared outcome rather than a universal preference.
02
The report keeps winners and loses failures.
Unknowns, rejected proofs and overhead are part of the operating economics.
HOW SPINFORGE HELPS
Retain the complete outcome ledger, including budget stops, invalid candidates and unsuccessful configurations.
03
Reuse crosses an unauthorized data boundary.
Customer models and held-out evaluations cannot become training data by default.
HOW SPINFORGE HELPS
Define ownership, isolation, reuse consent and evaluation splits before retaining or learning from records.
WHAT YOU GET
A usable deliverable. Not just a score.
The written scope names the inputs, implementation, evidence and handover your team receives.
01
A controlled evaluation protocol
Original identities, hardware, seeds, budgets, outcome criteria and comparison conditions.
02
A complete workload-fit ledger
Configuration, useful completion, quality, proof/checking costs and non-success outcomes.
03
Evidence-based recommendations
Defaults proposed only within measured scope, with rejected or unpromoted models identified.
04
Data-use and retention controls
Explicit customer permissions, separation of private data and a handover of retained evidence.
AN ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW
See the work in context.
Compare direct and routed execution on a fixed, held-out workload set. Keep the existing default when the proposed selector misses its declared target. Illustrative, not a universal learned-policy gain.
A proposed selector must earn promotion.
Illustration of the engagement, not a live solver or a customer case study.
01 / 03
Freeze the evaluation
Agree source identities, splits, outcome measures and authorized data use.
QUALIFY THE FIT
Your requirements. An explicit scope.
The following inputs and measures guide the proposal and acceptance plan.
What you bring
Authorized representative workloads
Hold-out and reuse policies
Hardware, deadlines and required result classes
Current defaults and promotion threshold
What we measure
Useful verified completion, not just execution count
Total cost and latency across outcomes
Held-out improvement under the declared target
Compliance with data-use and retention permissions
PRODUCTS TO CONSIDER
Select only what the task needs. These links do not assert a completed combined integration.
Commission a bounded scope using the existing engineering and licensing options. A $15,000 workload assessment or $30,000 focused sprint may fit a limited first step; neither includes the entire workflow by default. Larger implementation, operated delivery, compute and continuing rights are agreed separately.
Is this another product or an already integrated application?+
This is a customer-specific engagement using selected existing products. The model, adapters, user experience and acceptance work are scoped before delivery. It does not add another underlying product or establish a completed integration.
Can we use our existing software?+
Yes, where its input, output and operating interfaces fit the agreed scope. A custom adapter may be required. The existing tools do not have to be replaced to qualify one useful component.
How are price and acceptance set?+
Agree the baseline, required result, explicit limits, delivery capacity and acceptance tests before work begins. Existing software rates remain unchanged; engineering already included in a larger scope is not charged twice.
