THE PRODUCT, IN PRACTICE

Infrastructure that follows
your declared requirements.

SpinSovereign is an infrastructure offering, not only an isolated scheduling algorithm. It packages the supported resource, placement and policy requirements of a sovereign-AI deployment into its optimization workflow. The configured rules, infrastructure and operating responsibilities are stated in the customer agreement.

BUILT FOR
Sovereign-cloud, private-AI and GPU-platform teams responsible for policy-constrained workload placement.
CHALLENGES → PRODUCT RESPONSE

The problem you face.
What the product changes.

YOUR CHALLENGEWITH SPINSOVEREIGN
01

Capacity and policy are reviewed separately

A resource allocation can look feasible before the team checks where the workload is permitted to run.

SpinSovereign considers the supported scheduling and placement-policy requirements in the same workflow, helping the team evaluate an allocation against both.

02

Scheduling decisions lose their context

An allocation without its associated environment records is harder to review or carry into deployment.

Attestation and deployment manifests accompany the supported workflow, keeping the selected placement connected to its operating context.

03

Every allocation needs bespoke handling

Repeated scheduling requirements can become manual integration work when there is no defined application interface.

The product provides a scheduling service and API for its supported resource-allocation scope, so it can be integrated into the customer’s own infrastructure operations.

WHAT YOU GET

A defined capability.
A useful result.

01

Turnkey infrastructure scope

The agreed sovereign-AI infrastructure configuration, rather than only a scheduling recommendation.

02

A deployment record

Manifests describing the deployment associated with the supported workflow.

03

Attestation functionality

Environment-related evidence within the product’s qualified attestation scope.

04

An application interface

The supplied API and integration surface for scheduling and deployment use.

AVAILABLE NOW

One product.
Three ways to work.

SpinSovereign is fully available with CLI, MCP and headless access. Use the interface that fits your terminal, your agents or your automated workflow.

01 / CLI

For your terminal.

Run the product from a terminal or script, alongside the tools your team already uses.

Get CLI access
02 / MCP

For your agents.

Connect MCP-compatible clients and agents to the product’s exposed capabilities.

Get MCP access
03 / HEADLESS

For your workflows.

Operate without a graphical interface in unattended, scheduled or pipeline-driven work.

Set up headless access

Product-specific inputs, hardware requirements and result guarantees still apply. An access mode does not change your license or deployment scope.

EXAMPLE CUSTOMER WORKFLOW

Plan a policy-constrained GPU allocation

A private-AI operator needs to place a set of workloads without separating the placement review from the allocation task.

Illustrative customer use—not a new benchmark or completed customer deployment.
  1. 01→

Provide the supported resource inventory and encoded placement requirements.

  2. 02→

Review the scheduling result with its deployment and attestation records.

  3. 03→

Integrate the accepted workflow with the authorized infrastructure process.

What you bring
The available resources, workload requirements, encoded placement policies, attestation requirements and authorized deployment interfaces.
What a useful evaluation measures
  • +Compliance with the encoded placement rules
  • +Usable allocation within resource limits
  • +Traceability from scheduling decision to deployment record
Delivery
License the selected capability, commission an implementation, or agree an operated service. Infrastructure and additional engineering are specified separately.
QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING

A clear scope.
A clear relationship.

What is the important boundary?−

The owner reports 85–95% GPU utilization; the workload, utilization definition and service-quality conditions must accompany any customer comparison. Compliance-rule enforcement in an encoded model is not external regulatory certification. Turnkey delivery is scoped to the agreed environment.

How is it priced?+

$150,000/year is the retained standalone price proposal for its named scope. The platform plans buy qualified workflows and capacity, not a second charge every time a compatible method is selected. Existing bundle inclusions do not expand automatically.

How do we get access?+

Fully available with CLI, MCP and headless access. Runtime requirements, supported operations and license scope remain product-specific.

ANNUAL APPLICATION LICENSE$150,000 / year

Compute & Data Operations
with SpinSovereign.

Activate this capability inside a qualified compute & data operations workflow. Compatible methods and required shared checking are included once within that workflow; the product remains independently purchasable.

Capacity, release, environment, result contract and operating responsibilities are specified before activation. Choosing an additional method is not permission to add an unrelated workload or unqualified deployment.
